Thank you for your interest in Caring Hearts! Funds donated go 100% to help the kittens and cats of Caring Hearts. Adoption fees only over a small portion our rescues needs. There are medical costs, vet visits, immunizations and rabies shots, kitty litter, supplies, not to mention feeding these sweet little fur babies.  Some of our kittens or cats need a lot of one-on-one attention when they arrive to help them overcome fear of humans from bad experiences. Some are injured or sick. Occasionally we receive a mom-cat with newborns! That means having them all in a foster's home for about 10 weeks. All our cats are kept in homes, not in shelter cages, so they become acclimated to everyday life. Our volunteers give of their time, their homes, and their own resources to help these little future furry family members. We are so thrilled you want to help, too!
