Hal needs a special family to love him and whom he can love. Found and dropped at a vet's office, he is currently undergoing care for a broken back leg. He is anticipated to make a full recovery. His injury has not stopped him from being sweet and adorable. His medical costs have been paid, but he needs a new indoor home quickly.
