Otto is such a sweetheart. He is one of the most loving kitties we have ever met. He knows no strangers and immediately wants to pet and love on you. He is definitely a lap kitty and one that will sleep with you at night if you let him. He is also very vocal about when he wants or doesn't want something. He won't keep you guessing! He is very gentle, and will lightly touch your face is you're laying with him and he wants attention.
 
Otto came from a home that could not keep him anymore due to housing issues. He is around three years old and is looking for his permanent humane to call home.
